CAP started as a result of a thought when existing Products or Services lacks in providing an end to end solution to a customer problem. It started with a group of young passionate service professionals.

How It Works

CAP helps customers by the following work flow process, since we connects Customers and Professionals, we divide the process to two major work stream

CAP Customer Work flow

  2. A Customer can find a service Professional by selecting district,category & sub category then press find button.
  3. Once Customer Selects a Professional, a work flow process or a new request get started.
  4. Customer can either select a professional from the CAP professional Database or CAP support Staff will work on the customer Service.
  5. Once a new request gets created, a new Service Request will be generated automatically between user and Professional,jobseeker,agency.
  6. Once the Service request has been created, automatically system will generate a new work request and notify it in Professional Or Service Agency logins .
  7. Follow up reminders,sms,telesupporting and emails will be continued from the Support team with the CAP service request until the service requests gets closed.
  8. Users experience can be shared in the Rate/Review section in the web portal

CAP Professional/Service Agency Work flow

  1. A Professional (Daily wage worker, Electrician, Plumber, Wireman, A/C Repairers, Painter, Interior Designers, House Cleaners ,Maid Service , a Part Time teacher etc. (It can be any profession)) Or Service Agency (Any small scale Business owner) can register with CAP using the Registration link on the Registe As button.
  2. Once the registration completes, a Job Profile will be created for each professional or Service Agency.
  3. Depending on the Skill set and Location, New services will be assigned (We call it as new CAP Service) to the Job profile with a time period to react.
  4. Once a new Service is assigned to a Professional/Service Agency, CAP hub is not answerable to any issues or problems created by users.
  5. Follow up reminders and email will be continued from the system with the CAP service request until the Service requests gets closed and rate the Professional.
  6. Professional experience with CAP can be shared using the Rate and Review section in the web portal
